Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, or in the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders in the major centres, where our branches are located, are free. If you are outside of South Africa a shipping quote will be included on your order. Should you accept the quote, the goods will be shipped within 2 business days.
If you have a trade enquiry, please contact us by visiting the contact us page. For our African customers we will endeavour to get your order to you in the quickest most cost-efficient manner possible.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-4 business days. International orders are generally shipped via most cost-effective way. Air freight is available, so please let us know if you wish to have the goods air freighted.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will follow up with you on any back ordered items and let you know when you can expect it.

Tax Charges
For orders made from South Africa, 15% VAT is added. All orders outside of South Africa are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.  Chemvulc will guarantee all its products and will replace any product within its expiry date or its warranty.  Chemvulc will guarantee a product if it is shown to fail under normal and proper use for which it is intended.

Returns Policy
We have warranties and a replacement policy on all our products, Warranties vary on product, however we will gladly replace any defective product at no charge. We reserve the right to investigate any damaged products for proper use.
Please Note: Rubber products do have a shelf life and must be stored in the right conditions.
